What is the difference between "10GB" and "1GB per day"?
Total plan (e.g. 10GB for 30 days): you have 10GB for the whole trip to use however you like. Ran out? You can top up.
Daily plan (e.g. 1GB per day): every day you get 1GB at full speed. Used it up? Keep browsing without limit at reduced speed (fine for WhatsApp and maps, not video). The day resets around local midnight.
What you get
- Data on the leading local networks (Orange)
- Works on 5G/4G depending on your phone
- Hotspot sharing on most plans
- Install at home in advance, connect when you land
- Your Israeli number and WhatsApp stay active
Stuck at the airport? Message us and a real person answers, in English or Hebrew.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund: you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the eSIM has not been installed. After installation it cannot be cancelled, unless the eSIM did not work at all — then we refund you in full. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.
How it works
- Pick a destination and plan
- Pay in shekels
- Scan or tap to install — it activates automatically when you land
On most plans the clock starts only when you connect to a network at your destination
WhatsApp, calls and SMS stay on your Israeli number
The eSIM adds a second data line to your phone. Your Israeli number stays installed and active — WhatsApp keeps working on it as usual, because it uses the eSIM’s data. To avoid paying your Israeli carrier: turn off "Data Roaming" on the Israeli line, and keep it on only if you want to receive SMS (for example bank verification codes).
Will I get calls?
Regular calls to your Israeli number are paid roaming with your carrier; WhatsApp calls go over the eSIM at no extra cost.
Do I need to turn off my Israeli SIM?
No. Keep it on for SMS and turn off its "Data Roaming" — that way no charges build up.
Questions everyone asks
When does the plan start?
On most plans, at the first connection at your destination — so you can install at home in advance. Plans that start at installation are marked next to the plan before you pay.
Do I keep my Israeli number?
Yes. The eSIM is an extra data line on your phone. Your Israeli line stays, and WhatsApp keeps working on your usual number.
What if it does not work?
Write to us and we will help you install. If the eSIM was not installed you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. And if it did not work at all, we refund you in full.
How many GB do I need?
For normal use — WhatsApp, maps and social media — about 1GB a day. On each destination page you pick your trip length and usage, and we recommend the right plan.
Can I install in advance?
Yes, and we recommend it — at home, on Wi-Fi. On plans that start only at your destination, installing early does not shorten the validity.
Can I share with my family (hotspot)?
Most plans let you share the connection (hotspot) from your phone; the data comes out of the plan.
Will it work on my phone?
iPhone XS or newer, Samsung S20 or newer, or Pixel 3 or newer? Most likely yes. A 10-second check: dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM. It must also be unlocked to all networks.
